We'll ask for a bit of information, and soon after, you'll be contacted by a towing company to schedule a pick up.  It's not required that you be present when the vehicle is picked up, but the title and the keys must be made available. Also, you must remove the tags before the vehicle is taken and be sure to clear the car of any personal belongings.

Donors can typically take a charitable tax deduction equal to the amount the vehicle sells for at auction.  We recommend you consult your tax advisor with specific questions about tax-deductibility.
