| Why can't I pick my pet up before 3:30pm? |

| We do quite a few procedures a day and run on a tight schedule. Additionally, all pets get examined just prior to discharge at 3:30p to be sure they can safely go home. Therefore, it is not possible for us to discharge them any earlier. |
