March 27th, 2010. 5K & 10K Challenge.

Baltimore Humane Society is pleased to announce a 5K challenge slated for March 27th 2010 dubbed "Sgt. Stubby's Fierce 5K" in honor of Sgt. Stubby himself, a stray mutt turned WWII hero. Held on the grounds of the Baltimore Humane Society, runners will be treated to a challenging off road course that includes rolling hills, cross country and single track that is sure to sap the legs of even the most seasoned runner. Mark your calendars and prepare for a 5K challenge the likes of which you've never seen.

Fun Run With Your Dog!
Want to take Fido for a 1.5 mile spin around the Humane Society? No problem! You can register you and your dog for an alternate run and enjoy race day activities, too. Registrants for the Fun Run will receive a t-shirt and goody bag, but no bib number. It's more of a fun run than a race after all! Sign me and my four legged friend up for Sgt. Stubby's Fun Run! |
