Payment for all services is required at the time of admission (in the morning). We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard, but no other credit cards and no checks. Fees for dogs...
We want your dog to be protected from infectious diseases. Therefore, we require proof of up-to-date rabies and distemper vaccinations, and heartworm testing or appropriate prevention. If your dog has not had these, they will be done at the time of surgery. We strongly recommend, but do not require, that your dog receive a "kennel cough" vaccine from your veterinarian before his or her spay/neuter appointment. Heartworm, flea and tick preventatives, as well as dewormers, may also be purchased for your dog. Surgical pricing includes injectable pain medications and pain medication to go home for dog spays. Fees for cats...
We want your cat to be protected against infectious diseases. Therefore, we require proof of up-to-date rabies and distemper vaccinations and a FeLV/FIV test within the last six months. If your cat has not had these, they will be done at the time of surgery. Heartworm and flea preventatives, as well as ear mite and tapeworm treatments, may also be purchased for your cat. Surgical pricing includes injectable pain medications. Additional charges may apply if your pet is in heat, pregnant, or has an infection or other abnormality of the reproductive system. If your pet has fleas, a flea treatment will be given and you will be charged $5 when you pick up your pet.
